Vacancy fulfilled: Office Manager wanted!

Are you the office manager who will keep PressPage HQ running smoothly through our rapid growth?

PressPage develops the most innovative SaaS platform for Public Relations (PR). Our high-end newsroom offering is our flagship product and is being used by well-known brands like National Geographic, KLM, Audi, Porsche, Logitech, Michelin, Ahold and many more. We empower their PR by providing the tools to create and distribute content and analyze the results.

Who we need
We are looking for a highly organised, stress-resistant and proactive office manager, who will save us from chaos when we can’t see the wood for the trees. Someone who never loses sight of the bigger picture while colleagues are busy focusing on their ever expanding islands. Someone who gets things done and remembers everyone’s name while new teammates are coming in regularly.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Office operations and procedures.

  • Recruitment / HR support.

  • General and financial administration.

  • Keeping the office in tip-top shape and ensuring we never run out of … anything.

  • Managing (digital) filing systems and developing and implementing new administrative systems.

  • Answering the telephone in fluent Dutch and English and welcoming our guests in the most hospitable way.

  • Organising social events and making sure we never forget anyone’s birthday :)

Required qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level (starting from the equivalent of Dutch MBO).

  • Proven track record in comparable office management.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Proactive thinking and acting.

  • A good command of both the Dutch and English language (verbal and in writing) is a must. Please note that interviews will be partly conducted in English.

  • An interest in startups and possibly even the field of PR (Public Relations).

  • Driver’s license B.
