PressPage is looking for an ambitious Customer Success Manager to make our customers happier than they ever thought they would be. You'll be consulting new customers that start using our platform, support existing users with newly deployed features and functionality, and always be on the lookout for growth opportunities to expand our services to our customers.

To ensure our leading market position, we are looking for Customer Success Managers to build and develop retention strategies and act as a partner of our customers --with the aim of maximizing the benefits of their investment in PressPage.
About the job
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who can match our mentality and ambition. You will start working in a quickly evolving Customer Success team that is responsible for ensuring that PressPage becomes a critical and irreplaceable part of our customers' PR and Corporate Communications process.
You'll be working closely with the development team, the sales department and our product owner to ensure the best possible service and overall user experience for our customers.

Work closely with Sales and be in the lead in the post-sales and onboarding process as a experienced project manager
Effectively manage incoming support calls from clients
Effectively manage digitally submitted support tickets from clients
Maintain a deep understanding of the PressPage solutions to provide strategic advice to our customers regarding their (online) PR
Provide platform training sessions to new and existing clients (occasional travel involved)
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Identify upsell opportunities
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
Preferably 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Accountmanagement within an online company (preferably SaaS)
An understanding of software systems and basic technical knowledge
At least a Bachelor’s degree preferably in (digital) communication or IT related
B2B experience is a plus
Knowledge of PR is a plus
As a Customer Success Manager you will work on all aspects of assisting and managing existing PressPage accounts. Our ideal candidates are a highly motivated, self starters with a passion for all things digital.
